committee. Delegation and Decentralization of Authority(conceptual knowledge only)

leader, Styles of Leadership-autocratic, participative and free-rein, Theories of leadership-trait theory,

and Schimidt’s Continuum of leadership style and situational theory- Fiedler’s Contingency Model
